2012 McDonalds Kids Awards

At the end of last year, we completed the 2012 McDonalds kids awards, for sporting, bravery, achievement, and encouragement. We had a great time doing these awards, with lots of drawing and colouring in being done into the wee hours of the morning.

Today we received them in Print, and we think they have come up quite nicely! Take a look at the photos. Though for some reason, we are still loving the drawings better than the awards themselves!

How cool is my little camera! We are doing some branding for a little photographer down in New South Wales today, and we are drawing some inspiration from our collection of olden day cameras! We have been collecting them for many years now! Check them out!!

Map Building

We are map Building in the studio today for a Backpackers Magazine. The maps above are a little project we did for another company called Wheel Mobile in Dublin. Cute aren't they!

First Day Back

It's the first day back at work today, and we are already getting excited about our upcoming jobs! At the moment we have some cute branding to do for a little photographer down New South Wales way, and we also have a client coming over to visit us from America! Lots of new things happening. Though today we thought we should show you a pitch we put together for a new company at the end of last year! We are loving our illustration at the moment, and this little guy is loving his water!

New years Resolution

Well its about time isn't it! Milli and Fink has now been around for 3 years, and we have never had a blog. Our New years resolution was to quit being lazy in the cyber space world, and have a blog! So here we are Hooray!

What did everyone get up to on New years day?

We were spoilt by a gorgeous relative, and spent the day at Thyme, having a buffet lunch full of delicious seafood and amazing sweets! We then took a walk through Brisbane city Botanic gardens, and over to Southbank!

We have alot of exciting projects coming up this year, we will keep you updated from day to day. Though at the moment we are lino-printing Robots, we will show you soon how they turn out!
